Schools, parks, community centres and festivals are just some of the many attractive qualities that Oakville has to offer the constant population influx.  It has become the destination of many young families seeking the perfect city to raise their families. Unfortunate for those young families is the high cost of housing in this real estate market.  However, if you can manage buying in Oakville, you are sure to have a decent return on your investment, as  residents have been experiencing constant and consistent gains on real estate value for nearly 50 years.
