Meet Ocean, a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy with a Diploma in Massage Therapy. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Physical Education from Wilfrid Laurier University.

In addition to her massage therapy training, Ocean is certified as a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and in Healthy Eating and Weight Loss through canfitpro. She also holds a Frederick Stretch Therapy Level 1 certification and a Stretch To Win certification.

Ocean is passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle and enjoys working with individuals to support their wellness and rehabilitation through personalized treatments.

With a wide range of experience, Ocean has worked with diverse populations, including seniors, high-risk pregnancies, and stroke patients. She offers a variety of techniques to address her clients’ needs, including deep tissue massage, relaxation-focused treatments, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, Muscle Energy Techniques, and her favorite: stretching!
