Care built around a simple idea: treat the whole picture
A patient-first Oakville clinic where careful assessment, one-on-one attention, and practitioners who genuinely work together come as standard.
It started with an injury that no one quite solved
Mobility Plus began with a question its founder couldn’t stop asking.
At sixteen, Dr. Justin Guy travelled to Manchester to play soccer — a week after badly injuring his hip. He played through it. A torn hip flexor became a torn quad and hamstring, and for the next two years, finishing even one half of a game was a battle.
He tried everything: physiotherapy, sports medicine, massage therapy. Each helped in its own way. But every practitioner focused on the tools of their own profession, and no one connected the full picture. Then, almost by chance, he tried chiropractic care — and within weeks his mobility returned, the pain faded, and his body felt balanced again.
Why weren’t these treatments working together from the start?
That question shaped everything that followed. It led Dr. Guy through a Doctor of Chiropractic degree — and, later, through his own serious injury during his internship, when a dislocated knee damaged a branch of his sciatic nerve and taught him firsthand what recovery really asks of a person.
It also led to Mobility Plus: a clinic designed so the disciplines that helped him would finally work together, under one roof, around one patient.

The details that change how care feels
Much of what sets a clinic apart isn’t a technique — it’s time, privacy and honesty.
Time that isn’t rushed
One-on-one appointments with your practitioner — no routine double-booking, and no support staff standing in for the person treating you.
Private treatment rooms
Care happens in calm, private spaces rather than an open-concept setting — a more comfortable place to be assessed and treated.
Honest recommendations
Thorough assessment, a clear explanation of what’s likely contributing to your symptoms, and evidence-informed advice — including when something outside our clinic is the better call.
No cookie-cutter plans
No predetermined schedule applied to everyone, and no pressure to buy long prepaid packages. Your plan adapts to your progress and response.
A team that collaborates
Chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, osteopaths and acupuncturists who compare notes to decide what’s genuinely best for you.
Built for the long term
Hands-on care combined with rehabilitation, education and self-management, so you can rely less on treatment over time — when appropriate.
The magic is in the integration
Chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture and osteopathy each have an important role. We believe the best results come when they work together — not in isolation.
Chiropractic care is our primary service and the starting point for many patients. But our team’s job isn’t to fit you to one discipline — it’s to determine what’s truly best for you. Sometimes that’s chiropractic care. Sometimes it’s physiotherapy, massage, exercise, or another approach entirely. And sometimes it means pointing you somewhere outside our clinic.
Because honesty and integrity come first — our goal is to treat every patient the way we’d treat our own family.
