One team, every kind of care, working together for you
Most clinics ask you to fit your problem to whatever they happen to offer. Mobility Plus was built the other way around. Chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, an osteopath and an acupuncturist work under one roof and actually talk to each other — so the care you get is the care you need, not just the care that's in the room. That idea has grown into a multidisciplinary Oakville clinic of around 14 practitioners who've cared for roughly 10,000 patients.
The idea behind the clinic
Care shouldn't happen in separate silos
If you've ever dealt with a stubborn injury, you may know the routine. You see one practitioner who focuses on muscles, another who focuses on strength, another who focuses on the joint — each doing good work, none of them comparing notes. You end up carrying your own file from office to office, repeating your story, hoping someone eventually connects the dots.
Mobility Plus exists to close that gap. Instead of scattering your care across town, we brought the disciplines together and gave them a reason to collaborate: one patient, one shared goal, several sets of expertise pointed at the same problem.
How the team works
Different skill sets, one plan
A true team isn't just a list of services on a website — it's practitioners who genuinely work together. At Mobility Plus, that means your chiropractor and your physiotherapist can actually coordinate, your massage therapist knows what the rehab plan is aiming for, and if an osteopath or acupuncturist is the better fit, that hand-off happens easily because everyone is already in the same building and on the same page.
It also means honesty about direction. The team's job isn't to keep you booked — it's to figure out what will actually help, adjust as you respond, and tell you plainly when something outside our clinic is the better call. You're treated the way we'd want our own family treated.
Care that fits the patient
The right approach, not a one-size plan
Not everyone needs several kinds of care. Most people need the right one, at the right time. Having the full range on hand is simply what makes that possible. For one patient the answer is chiropractic care; for another it's physiotherapy, massage therapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, pelvic health physiotherapy, or exercise-based rehabilitation.
What you won't find is a predetermined schedule applied to everyone or pressure to buy long prepaid packages. Chiropractic care is where many patients start and remains our core service, but your plan is built around your progress — and it can draw on the whole team whenever that serves you better.

The clinic today
A full team and the space to match
The vision needed room to work, and the current clinic at 1927 Ironoak Way, Unit 103, in Oakville was built for it — in the Joshua Creek area beside Farm Boy, with free parking and easy access from the QEW and Highway 403. Inside are 6 private treatment rooms, 2 additional treatment tables, a dedicated spinal decompression table, and an on-site rehabilitation and fitness gym where recovery doesn't stop at the treatment table.
How we got here
Built one discipline at a time
Mobility Plus Chiropractic was established in Oakville in early 2013 by Dr. Justin Guy, its founder and lead chiropractor. It began at its first location on Argus Road as a chiropractic practice, and grew from there — not by chasing size, but by adding the disciplines patients kept needing so their care could stay in one place instead of starting over somewhere new.
As the team, the patient base and the range of services kept expanding, the original space eventually became too small for how the clinic actually worked. Mobility Plus moved from its former Argus Road location to the larger clinic on Ironoak Way, which no longer operates from the old address. The building changed; the idea behind it didn't.

- As the clinic grew Mobility Plus outgrows the Argus Road space and relocates to its larger clinic at 1927 Ironoak Way, Unit 103.
- Today Around 14 practitioners and 5 administrative team members, with roughly 10,000 patients cared for over the life of the practice.
Where the collaborative model came from
A lesson learned the hard way
The team-based approach isn't a marketing idea — it comes from experience. As a patient himself, Dr. Guy spent years bouncing between practitioners for a serious injury, each focused on the tools of their own profession, none connecting the full picture. When the right combination of care finally worked, the lesson stuck: no single discipline solves every musculoskeletal problem, and patients do better when those disciplines work together.

Over more than a decade, roughly 10,000 people have trusted Mobility Plus with their care — many returning over years and bringing their families along.
